I would love to visit this villa again. 😍 The staff was friendly, kind, and effectively communicated for my requests. Check in/out and room service were excellent. The property is located in quiet beach. The cleaness of the property wasn't a 5 star condition, but their courtesy service was absolutely a 5 star service. Recommended for relaxed family vacation.

Beautiful beach views and great landscaping (You can follow me on @travelwithnj11 on Instagram for more recommendations) We went to Marriott Da Nang for our annual family vacation. The entrance and common areas lacked a sense of grandeur which you usually get when you enter a five star property. Also, the lobby had shops that felt really out of place in the property. But, once you take a cart to your room, the entire perception changes! The property is beautifully landscaped, and the villas are super nice and comfortable as well. The villas were spacious and well appointed. However, to get our rooms cleaned, we had to call housekeeping at least two times every day which was a bit disappointing and even when they came, they had to be directed. The property has a convenience store next to it, so we stocked up on chasers and snacks from here. The cart drivers were super friendly and nice and a lot of them even spoke a little bit of Hindi. i specially want to thank khun e - not sure if I got the name spelling right, but he took us around the property to give us a tour and even made a reel for us. The beach club also looked unkept and shabby, and the swimming pool was basic. But, their beach is beautiful. At breakfast, they had South Indian food which was awesome! And don’t miss out to order their Vietnamese cold coffee at breakfast. All in all, this property has a lot of potential- I sincerely hope they would revamp their common areas and retail experience. Would recommend the place for their spacious villas, good breakfast spread, beautiful beach view and wonderful landscaping!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful pool villa! The property was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private pool was a highlight for us; clean, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxing and fun with the family. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality we received. Anna and Jenny were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was giving local recommendations, arranging transport, or just checking in to make sure we had everything we needed — they were always available and genuinely kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you again, Anna and Jenny, for making our stay so special!

We just stayed here for a week. It turned out to be one of our best vacations in a very long time. Everything was incredible. The villa, food, service was all amazing. We've been to all over Vietnam and this is by far the best place to stay. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was so pefect. They provide top-notch service. Anna and Tony are always available via Kakaotalk and helped me a lot with our family trip planning. Breakfasts are superb and ground transportation services (with charges) were great. We used Grand Deluxe Villa and it was really spacious for our group of 10 people. Thank you Anna and Tony!

Can you have 5 star relaxation? Sort of is the answer. This hotel does not hit the 5 star level. That said a stay here is enjoyable and the hotel has many positive attributes. When in the poorer parts of Asia, like Vietnam, one must expect things to be shoddy and a bit off. This hotel in no different. However, if one overlooks the shoddy the overall experience is pleasant. I break down the pros and the cons. Pros 1. Outstanding beach. Powdery sand, shallow sandy ocean and nice warm ocean water. 2. Friendly staff. A special shout out to Tony and Alan the buggy drivers. Staff by and large are very kind. 3. Large rooms as they are villas. 4. Location is far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to be in range for dinners or a night in the city. 5. The oceanfront 3 bedroom villas are superb for the direct ocean access and a great view. 6. Sane F&B pricing. 7. Reasonably appointed rooms (less wear and tear). Bed was comfortable. 8. The Beach BBQ was a nice event and worth a visit 9. There is a market across the street. Cons 1. The physical condition of the rooms is shocking. They are both poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. I added some photos. Expect huge gaps between the floor boards, smeared caulking, smeared paint, broken everything, cracks, water stains and more. If this bothers you do not stay here. 2. No blackout curtains. Pack an eye mask if you want to sleep. 3. The resort is spread out so using the buggy service is required at times. That said it was efficient 90% of the time. 4. The internet is slow. 5. The bartenders are poorly trained. If you sit at the bar in the beach house and order a drink expect the bartender to attend to 10 other things before bothering to make your drink. That is insulting. Service is very slow. 6. Food safety issues are a problem. I watched a bartender use the mixing spoon to drop a sample of each mixed drink on his hand to taste it. The problem was he did not wash the mixing spoon and did this repeatedly placing the sample where he just licked his hand. That is not food safe. USE A NEW STRAW TO SAMPLE!!! 7. The AC in public areas is very poor. 8. The pool is on the small side. 9. They only provide 2 bottles of water per bedroom complimentary. This amenity costs very little. 10. No power points in bathrooms. Cannot use hairdryer. 11. The concierge gave us poor advice to eat at Moc Quan as one cannot get a table. They said they take no reservations when in fact the did. This made our first night very disjointed. Overall, I suggest staying in the 3 bedroom ocean villa. The location and direct access to the beach is awesome. Do not come here expecting discernment and Japanese precision. Things are off. This hotel was built as a VinPearl hotel not a Marriott which likely is a factor as well. If you focus on the beach and chilling out in your villa you will have a good stay. We visited the Navi Spa 1.5 km away and that was a superb discovery. Rang Indian restaurant was also worth a visit and is 10 minutes away.

Easy check in/check out. The contact of the property (Mr. Vince) was fabulous. Easy to communicate with, booked us drives & recommended great spots in the city. Highly recommend!!
