Danang Amazing Ocean Villas

Accueil parfait de la part du Customer Service Mr Phú Tony qui est adorable, poli, toujours réactif, gentil et serviable. Il parle plusieurs langues et très agréable et très respectueux. Mérite une belle récompense de la part de son employeur. Très belle résidence, calme, sécurisante et bel appartement, spacieux mais odeur de moisissures . Bonne literie. Les fournitures sont au juste minimum.

We loved our stay here. The beach was fantastic .... clean and not crowded. The villa was wonderful (a bit dated but very comfortable)... lots of room, large open spaces, a great pool in the backyard (albeit a bit small). The staff was wonderful ... arranged car service, check-in and check-out at the villa, very very responsive (Tony got things done and on top of all our requests). Very nice restaurant (but you pay when you eat, it does not transfer to the room). All in all .... we had a great 4 days there.

There wasn’t sufficient cookware in our apartment to cook a meal, the market is about 10 km’s away to grab food, and the restaurants are under portioned and very overpriced. The communication took about an hour to reply back to us. Recommend if you’re wanting a quiet peaceful resort on a beach

'Exceptional/First Class Service and Genuine Care from Staff' Special mention to the Front Desk Staff Hanh and Doris, Lobby staff, Aaron who even orchestrated a birthday greeting for one of our companions.. EVERYONE from Room Service to our cart drivers were so willing to help out not because it was their job but from their 'Heart and Soul'! They all were happy to 'serve' and make our stay most memorable, comfortable, and definitely a stress-free VACATION! Kudos to your staff!!!!!

Amazing experience. Super facilities, great food and surroundings. Sincere appreciation goes to the friendly and ever helpful staff. Enjoyed a great vacation with the family.

This was a fantastic stay overall. The staff were amazing and were very attentive. My daughter loved the kids club. The hotel was fantastic but the villas are a little tired and the pool area needs attention. The breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

They have a kitchen in the room, but they do not offering cooking item for security reason.

家族でプール付きヴィラに4泊しました。 朝食毎朝シェフが作りに来てくれて、日々違ったメニューの朝食が楽しめました。 担当してくれたJennyとAnnaは、車やレストランの空き情報など、こちらのリクエストにすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。 一部エアコンの効きが良くない部屋もありましたが、それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 JennyとAnnaどうもありがとう！ また来たいです！！

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa! Our experience was truly enjoyable, largely thanks to Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The facilities and activities were standard, but the beautiful beach made up for it.

El trato de Vince y Lily fue inmejorable. Siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitabamos y siempre con una sonrisa. Si nuestra estancia fue un 10, con ellos llego a un 11.
