Danang Amazing Ocean Villas

The family and I along with my friends absolutely loved the service the team provided. It made the stay felt so quick and we wanted to stay even longer. I met a few of the workers Kim, Harry and Tony which made the stay memorable and also Tian who made the private dining such a wonderful intimate experience. Although I do apologies for the baby vomiting on Tian which he handled very well! When I do plan to travel to Vietnam again next year, I'll definitely come back to the Marriot again. I don't normally provide feedbacks but the service wanted me to share my experience at the Da Nang Marriot.

予約直後から滞在中、LINEでスムーズなやり取りができ安心でした。AnnaさんとJennyさんはとても親切でした。リゾート内は植栽も美しく、レストラン側のプールはとても開放的で(タワー側は壁がザリザリしていて、怪我をしました)、何よりもプライベートビーチが最高でした。ダナン市街地とホイアンの中心なのでどちらへの観光もタクシーで30分弱。静かで美しいビーチでゆっくりした人におすすめです。 ただ、今回宿泊したのがタワーだったため、リゾート内の位置付けがよく分からず少し困惑しました。リゾート内を移動するバギーを利用できると聞いていたのですが、レストランで呼んでもらおうとスタッフに伝えるとその部屋はダメと言われたり、チェックイン/アウトの精算が部屋の中でレセプションを通らなかったり。バギーはLINEで頼めば対応してくれるし、部屋での精算も早くて良いのですが、ホテルではなかったことに現地で気付きました。リゾートの敷地内にあるリゾートマンション？タイムシェア別荘？を貸してるんですかね。予約時にもう少し詳しく説明があると良かったです。 全体的にはとても素晴らしい滞在で満足しています。

Beautiful property that’s great for large groups with side by side villas. Location was perfect to explore both Danang and Hoi An and we spent equal time at both. Breakfast was excellent and service from staff was exceptional.

The resort itself is fabulous with beautiful grounds and a gorgeous beach. The real stand out though are the staff who are a credit to the Marriott brand. A special mention to Denny, Hanh, Tony, Thuy and Kim who provided real 5 star treatment. The food was really good, the breakfast selection was excellent and lunch and dinner options were great. My wife also enjoyed the spa which provided a real touch of luxury. Having said that, if there was an option to give the Non Nuoc Villas a 4.5 rating then that would probably be more accurate. The only let down is the condition of the villas which require a bit of refurbishment. There were gaps in the flooring, some bad silicone finishing and worktops with water marks. There is also a kitchen area which has no use whatsoever with no cutlery or dishes provided. I would remove this area and open up the living space even more. It wouldn't require much, just a bit of effort to update and modernise and then these villas would be truly 5 star. I think more could also be made of the beautiful beach area with tables on the beach so guests could enjoy drinks while watching the sun set.

It was just such a beautiful place to be

The villa was perfect for what we needed with 2 families staying together. We all had plenty of room available as it slept 8 comfortably. Beds were comfy and one was a little hard and staff were great at sourcing a better mattress topper. The private pool and gardens were fabulous and the ability to use the kitchen in the apartment was perfect for the children. The location was a little further out of Denang than we realised with not too many local shops nearby but we were able to get Grab taxi's everywhere or order food delivery with ease.

Unfortunately the villa wasn't quite ready when we arrived so we had a wait a little later but we were able to swim at the pools in the resort. The pool also had some issues but they drained it for us so it was only un-useable for one day.
