Danang Amazing Ocean Villas

We booked this hotel as a multi-generational stay in part because the villas would allow us all to have our own rooms/space while also being able to spend time together and we achieved just that. Every employee at this hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Unfortunately, we were there while a typhoon was hitting the area so we weren't able to explore the resort and area as much as we would have hoped, but the staff and villas made things so much better because we had so much comfort and space. The showers had wonderful water pressure and the beds were amazing. We were able to use the private pool a bit despite the weather which was a unique and fun experience. As the hotel is very spread out, they have golf carts to come pick you up or bring you back and to your villa, and every driver was prompt and helpful with bags or to hold an umbrella to shield you from the rain (shout out to Alex who had the best smile and was always so eager to help). Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best we have had in all of Asia. Everything was fresh, there was a huge variety of food options, and you could even get a famous coconut or salt coffee that the area is known for. We can't wait to come back at a better time of year so that we can explore and take full advantage of this beautiful resort!

It is an astonishing property with some amazing area and places to have fun, chill, relax and almost everything you ask for! Let's divide the review into four: 1. ROOMS: Astonishing rooms! I booked the 2-bedroom Villa with Garden View and I got upgraded to 3-bedroom Villa with a Private Pool and I was stunned. It is just unbelievable! Among the best Villa ever that I have stayed in. The living room is stunning with an incredible dining table which feels like can accommodate 10 people! 2. SERVICE: Brilliant service for such a big resort. Super quick in almost everything you'd ask for. 3. FOOD: Wonderful again. Sumptuous. You gotta try their Coconut Jelly at their beach club house. It is the GREATEST dessert I have ever had till date! Simply wow! Super incredible buffet breakfast spread too with a LOT of Indian options! 10 on 10 for food too. 4. LOCATION : Resorts have to be outside the city so was this one too. Quiet and peaceful. Supermarket just across the road. Decent location. All in all, among the greatest properties that I have stayed in till date. Stunning and recommended. We had an incredible time!

Wow what an amazing stay! As a family of four with a 10year old and 13 year old from NZ we were blown away by the hospitality and genuine kindness and friendliness of the team at the hotel. It began with a personalised check in experience with Kevin, who went over and above and even gave me his contact details and answered questions promptly throughout our stay. Special mention to Linh (Alex) and the drivers of all the carts who were so genuine and happy to help. Alex heard that we decided to stay at our villa for the day and dropped off inflatable pool toys for kids. This was far from an isolated event as we were surprised by the little things every day. The location is great , was at first hesitant to book as a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of Danang and thought it may be a bit boring, though in the end we were glad to have a slice of tranquility to return to each day. This property has a kind of homeliness that is hard to replicate. Grab is easy and cheap and was always under 5 minutes away, with a 10-15 minute trip to town. Tennis is fun and well set up. Book through the spa and play under lights with great equipment and refreshments. Great main pool, pool house has a pool table and movies are played at night with popcorn. Good kids club though ours too old now. The food at the beach house is great and the upstairs restaurant is also very good. Despite all rooms at capacity we always felt there was space and it did not feel crowded. Beach was super clean and the water was warm with life guards on duty. Breakfast was some of the best we have seen anywhere and team in main restaurant were super attentive and welcoming. The cart service around the property is great and always just a quick call away. Villas are amazing - we stayed in a two bedroom two storey . Only thing I think that could be improved is to have some basic cutlery and equipment in the kitchen. A washing machine being available would also have been helpful and could potentially be something to look into in the future. Great air con, well appointed rooms and facilities. Pool was great and was magically clean or leaves early every morning. Over our 6 days at the property there we not once had a negative interaction with anyone, most of the team knew us by name after just a couple of days. Your people are at the centre of your resort and are truely what makes this a very special property to stay at. Overall sad to leave though we are glad we had the chance to stay with you.

Took a 4-day trip with my friends to Da Nang (first time!) back in April, the whole experience was what we needed to escape the suffocating stress from work. We landed quite late that night so I did pre-arrange transportation to the hotel, and once we got off from the car all of us were in awe since we still couldn't believe we were brining ourselves to this resort! After a swift check-in done by two ladies (sorry I didn't catch their name), we were escorted to the room via a resort car, and that was where we met Aaron - the most passionate and cheerful staff during our stay! Knowing that it has been years since my friends and I have travelled together, he made sure that we were savouring every single minute from our trip, he helped us to take a lot of photos (mind you, we've only just checked-in), and of course gave us a tour to our villa. Aaron was definitely keeping it 100! We were upgraded to a three-bedroom suite and that was amazing! Though at last we did prefer to stay close together so we left one bedroom emptied haha. While it was really spacious, clean and we got our own pool, I think the property itself may need some refurbishments, but overall it was great. Shout out to the staff who came and helped us to fix the curtains! Our offer came with the breakfast buffet and we loved it! There were many choices to choose from, not only the food but the juices as well. There was one particular green smoothie that tasted really good, and I love that coffee table which offered different kinds of Vietnam coffee too. I think we were all recharged after staying in this villa, so thank you very much for taking care of us, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)

Nice villa with a great beach and friendly staff. The private villa worked out as being quite cheap, compared to other vacations with lots of discounts. The villa had a lot of space and was comfortable. Every room was nice. The pools were decent and warm. The food was a hit and miss, but there was enough there that was good. Please note that the cooking facilities are disconnected and there was little cutlery. Maintenance and cleaning was sporadic. The gym facility was small but well-maintained. Not sure the Saturday dinner was worth it even though they make a big deal about it. It is just another dinner with a loud band. Driving pickup is expensive, so I would you use a Grab.

If this is a multi generational trip, you will love the privacy the two story Premium Pool Villas offer. I highly recommend this property especially to Bonvoy Elite members if you are planning to use award upgrade certificates. No guarantee, but we were able to use ours and loved our upgrade to the two story villa. Which I would even chose again even over the one story beach villas if travelling with two families. A fantastic experience and amazing treat. The private pool is larger than most pool villas we have stayed and impeccably maintained. The villa itself was more than twice the size of our four bedroom city apartment back home. Note if you are planning to cook a lot while on vacation, this may not be the place for you as the stoves have been disabled. Which was not a problem for us, with many top rated restaurants in the close by Danang city and Garb delivery available from all of them at inexpensive prices. We paid usually less than $10 per adult for food. And now to the best part of our stay, the staff. We were welcome by Kevin, in charge of Bonvoy members. I was at first a bit surprised when he asked me to connect via WhatsApp but soon needed some assistance and was very thankful I had a “connection” at the hotel I could call on. But not just Kevin and VY at the front, it was a great experience to build relationships with the buggy drivers, Harry, Tony, and Gino, who even were able to joked around with my in-laws in Korean. And then there was the great breakfast buffet and the wonderful staff like Tam, who always took wonderful care of us with a great smile. We will certainly be back when travelling with family.
