Danang Amazing Ocean Villas

Gostei de tudo, a Villa é incrível, casa grande muito confortável para uma família, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo staff, são muito profissionais, atendem rápido, muito assertivos e pontuais, parabéns!

A única questão foi em relação ao restaurante, a comida foi cara em relação a qualidade dos pratos, acho que tem bastante a melhorar, o serviço é bom

Tout était génial! Nous étions 10, nous avions amplement de la place, chaque chambre avait sa salle de bain privée et nous avions une salle de bain commune au rez-de-chaussée. Les déjeuners étaient excellents, complets et une bonne rotation à tous les jours. La piscine était très bien et propre aussi, bien que nous nous sommes baignés qu’une seule fois (nous étions en fin de saison de pluie). Le personnel de ménage, les cuisiniers et les hôtes (Tony, Henry et Anna) étaient très sympathiques, discrets, efficaces, souriants et accommodants. Le délai de réponse à toutes nos demandes était très court, nous avions des réponses rapides et justes.

La barrière de la langue, il était un peu difficile de communiquer en anglais, leur niveau est bas, mais ce n’est pas du tout un gros bémol considérant que nous avions Google traduction.

Lily was a great host, prompt to answer and help us when needed.

We stayed in villa M2, it was very run down with a great need for repairs, the beds were very uncomfortable, the headboard had a funny smell. The clothes we gave for laundry were not really clean when returned and were not ironed. We stayed 6 in the villa and had only 2 sunbeds. On the beach there are also just a few compared to the size of the complex. Food at the restaurant was ok, but not great and not worth the price. Also, they forgot to bring us one dish and had to wait a lot for it, the rest of the group finished eating by the time it came.

The property was spacious and we had a pool inside our villa. Chef came to prepare breakfast everyday and then cleaned it up as well. Ms. Anna and Mr. Vince were fabulous in handling all our queries and ensured we had a great stay.

Spacious clean well equipped property. Lily and Anna were amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Even had a Christmas tree in the living area for our stay. In house chef cooked up an incredible breakfast and dinner, then even cleaned up!

It was slightly remote with limited access to shops etc within walking distance. Beach was very rough - not able to swim in it.

It is rare that you get treated like Royalty and this place was just a truly amazing place but the staff that made your stay memorable and enjoyable is just next level. She is just a dream gem of a person. Kind, professional and courteous. My family just truly loved her and she will be missed dearly. ❤️🥰
