I stayed just one night and everything went smoothly. I arrived quite late from the airport and was a bit worried, but the staff was super kind and helpful, which made me feel much more relaxed. The service was very good, and both the price and location were just what I needed. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it definitely met my expectations. Thanks for the warm welcome and for being so attentive!

"The property has to do a lot of improvement, very dirty."

I did not like anything, honestly

Sorry but I have to make this review, the property feels very unsafe and the room provided was very dirty and it has a lot of stains and bed bugs. The lock is broken so I have to put my luggage on the door and the door is translucent so people can see you inside and you can see bypasses outside. Please look for other accommodation else where. not recommended.

Location is good and really affordable with coupon

Some of facilities are broken, side desk is lean and WiFi is poor on 5th floor

The distance to the beach.

The room haven't had a window. The linen had stains. The room was all humid and wet. Even the aircondition couldn't improve the situation. The shower was more or less above the toilet. Everything related to metal was rusty.

The laundry next door was good Shower was decent

Booked on Lonely Planet travel guide recommendations. Big mistake, Julia Roberts in pretty woman big! Contacted on the day to say my room wasn’t available and to move me to an alternative. Room Damp and smelly Bricked up window Squeaky bed Faulty door lock Power points in the most annoying places AC was good but LOUD I left a day early for my sanity lly
