"Horrible hotel"

The location is convenient. Quite central, close to the beaches.

The facility is in a really bad state. It smells bad (likely mold), it feels quite dirty. The sheets were stained. The room had no window. Be aware that the pictures are quite misleading.

"Unhygienic hotel with unwelcoming staff."

We let hotel know in advance when we were arriving. Waiting 20 minutes in reception for someone to come and check us in. When someone finally arrived they weren't very welcoming and we were moved to a smaller room still paying the cost for the larger room we had initially booked. We knew the room would be basic based on the price. However, it was dirty, sheets were not clean and bugs in the room. There are certain hygiene standards that are a basic requirement at any hotel that price shouldn't affect and these were not met. We messaged the hotel to ask if they could change the bedding. After several hours and still no response we decided to book another hotel. The photos are not a true reflection of this hotel. Our advice - don't bother booking here, there are better hotels for a similar price in the area.

"we loved Da Nang. Buzzy, energetic, friendly with loads to see and do"

the location is great. 20 mins walk from the Dragon Bridge; 15 mins from Son Tea night market; 4 mins from the wonderful My Khe beach; 5 mins from dining kiosks and restaurants. the room is a good size and the kitchenette useful. fridge and freezer great. good air con and fan and the window opens to a roof top and city view

the apartment was a little grubby. waste bin, taps, hob, grill on window not wiped. Old towels and bathmat. not enough equipment in the kitchenette: only one glass, one spoon, no cups. These things could easily be rectified and then the rating would have been excellent all round
