Automatic upgrade however I preferred ground floor room, Netflix channel available, stool / chair to sit on, 2 x small bedside cubbies either side of bed, double bed made up.

Used soap left / found inside shower on the floor, toilet roll holder awkwardly placed and awkward to use, no hangers available in the wardrobe, milk (4) came in thimbles, floor creaky.

Staff was helpful

Staff was amazing, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Loved how we always got a top up on shampoo, body wash and soap

The squeaky floors walking through the corridors and the bathroom was a bit small.

The awesome and helpful staff the place it self was just very welcoming and I and my partner and friend really enjoyed ourselfs

Receptionist was very kind. Parking was fine. Area close for our purpose.

The facilities were very difficult to access bedroom via stairs due to (1) person having a disablity. The beds were meant to be (2) singles on the booking and not double. My daughter and I separated the beds. Not good to get there and arrive to see a DB. Pool and spa was not in a private area, which meant we would not appreciate people in the bar area, to be seen as a spectacle in public. Divders sepaeating the spa was ajar without privacy. Friends stayed also in the lower part of the motel. There was so much noise reverberating from the upper floors, like a heard of elephants. They could hear water running through the floor boards. My firends did not sleep well that night. I wouldnt like to share any photos as the quality of some areas are not as practicle like any other motel I have stayed in thoughout NZ.
