Facilities. Very outdated. Not even an iron provided. Breakfast was pathetic

The room wasn't clean. Still had rubbish in the bins

Only good part was tha resto bar staffs the helped much. A big shoutot for them.

Yes, The room booked was a king size one but the give us 2 single bed joined together. That was really uncofortable. There was no water supplied in the room. Bathroom was leaking and all sinked in with water.

First room had a beeping smoke alarm, second room had no hot water- Tried around 5pm and 8am next day on all settings. Disappointing.

The bed

That i paid for double room thinking it was two double beds as the picture showed that but me and my son ended sleeping together cz we had to share a bed the aircon was very dirty and the shower had mould in the grout when we sat on the toilet our arms would hit the toilet roll holder and no remote to turn tv on very very dissapointed when checkin in there was no smile and checking out there was no greeting just handed the bond back thats it will never go there again.
