Alot of upgrading needs attending too Fridge not cold enough very warm Bed is joined together and the bed separates when trying to get comfortable First thing you notice is a very unpleasant smell entering the room

That our room was serviced while we were away for the day.

The parking was full upon check-in due to an event being held so I had to return afterwards. The room was cold. It took over 2 hours for the heat pump to warm up the room and most importantly, the heat pump needed a well overdue service or clean. The vents looked like it needed really good sterilisation of some sort. Not only that, the whirring noise of the heat pump during operation was irritating. The lack of soundproof in the room, especially for the main door entry. Anyone who walked past and was talking could be heard & woke us from our sleep a few times throughout the night. Bath towels were sized as if they were for children.

I had bugs in my room couldnt tell if they were cockroaches or some other type of bug but there were a few in the room and heaps in the bathroom. The tv remote was broken & so was the window handles. The floor was disgustinly dirty & everything just looked so run down and old. Beer bottles in hallway & neighbours fighting. Highly disappointed.

Great shower but no place to put the soap, shampoo or body wash.

Very quick poor quality tidy up. A bit more effort and it could be a reasonable stay. Heat pump sort of works but its a bit loud.
