There was no internet connection at all. We called the reception and the guy who checked us in even went up to our room and just said sorry that there was no internet at all. Even our cellphones could not get a connection. He showed us channels(disney for my 3 y/o) in the TV as an alternative but all are in German and we don’t understand a thing. For a 4 star hotel, I would at least expect to have a decent connection. The staff are so nice though.

I would not consider it a 4 stars hotel , missing fridge, no coffee or tea in the room, very hard mattress , no extra pillows , my son slept( well tried to sleep ) on a rock hard pull out chair or single sofa,ALL staff REALLY FRIENDLY AND POLITE , very accommodating for our needs , on a buffet dinner with no French fries they happily prepared them for my son with very restricted diet.

Bu otelde ikinci kalışım, bu sefer ailem ile beraber konakladım. Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir otel. Odalar temiz ve konforlu. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyi. Bir önerim yataklardaki yastıkların daha ergonomik olanlarla değiştirilmesi, yastıklar çok yumuşak. Uyku kalitesini etkiliyor. Bunun dışında herşeyden memnun kaldım
