We stayed only one night with family. The room is clean , tidy. Copious breakfast. The personell is helpful. The hotel is now under renewal, but it didn't bothered us.

Leider wurde in einen unserer Zimmer Lebensmittelteste im Schrank vom Vorbezug gefunden. Nach Meldung hat man sich freundlich entschuldigt und einen Getränkegutschein vergeben. Sehr vorbildlich.

Wie kommt eine bisherige Bewertung von 8,8 Sternen zustande? Grauenhafter Teppichboden, schlechte Matratzen, weder Kühlschrank noch Safe auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück schlecht, keine gute Auswahl und jeden Morgen Kampf um einen Tisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind überfordert und weisen die Tische doppelt zu und man steht dann blöd da. Ab 8.15 Uhr werden die Tische schon für die Tagungen eingedeckt und fallen für das Frühstück weg, was dauernd Ärger mit den Gästen gibt, weil es nicht erklärt und verstanden wird. Ein ganz schlechter Start in den Tag, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Novina - mit Sicherheit nie wieder!!!

"Lækkert hotel i Nürnberg "

Superlækkert hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet ligger i et roligt område men stadig tæt på motorvejen. Der er busstoppested for bus til u banestation et par minutters gang fra hotellet og der er cirka 10 minutters gang til s tog station

Hotel is good one, located near to public transport although it is in outskirts of the city. Rooms are adequately sized. The toilet was not clean when we arrived but was promptly cleaned when we contacted reception. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast is good too but for Vegetarian, there not many options (which I do not expect in European hotel). All in all this is a good property in a peaceful location.

"Perfect for road travellers"

We had a nice night at the Hotel the staff was friendly tje meals at the dinner wre delicious. Thank you for the Housekeeping Team and more specifically to Danya and Denia that keep our room tidy. The hotel located outside Nürnberg in a calm area. It has a underground parking lot for 12 €/ night.
