ibis Styles Birmingham Centre

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, car park underneath the hotel (there is a charge but its not unreasonable for city centre and allowed to park for a full 24 hours) room was great, has tea/coffee facilities and everything you need, spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast selection in the morning and a facility that was open all the time was a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby which we used quite a lot! Location of the hotel was perfect for the canal, the Utilita Arena (about 9 mins walk) and the Bullring and City Centre (about 15 mins walk), right round the corner from the Coffin Works Museum and Jewellery Quarter. Easy to get in and out of the City from here back onto the motorways. Would use this hotel again in a heartbeat.

I didnt like i had to pay £12 each day for breakfast but regardless i still paid for 1 day.

It was a bit loud at night with noise coming from corridor

I liked most of it, the trainee at the reception was amazing,

but the breakfast I didn't like. I paid the breakfast even though I had to leave early, and I left the plate full.

Very accessible to downtown Birmingham, its just walking distance to Bullring and all the other malls
