Location, room

Variation is price for the same room. Second room booked one week later. Substantially more expensive. Would not provide the same room rate when spoke with booking team. Did not understand the issue

The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything

The room was very outdated and smelled dusty. The sofa bed was broken and unable to be laid on, the washing machine didn’t close properly so unable to be used, the parking situation was terrible! Charged $35 per day when the car park itself only cost $18! This was ludicrous. Would not stay again!

The location to shopping and sporting

The rooms were dirty. In poor repair. They were not ready at checkin time. No one from hotel contactable during an emergency situation in the complex putting one of our guests at great risk of harm. No one wanting to help or knowing how to an any number associated with the hotel. Asked to get reception to phone me the person who paid for 2 rooms when the one room could have slept all 3 adults and they were told this upon arrival so essentially charged over $300 for a room we didnt use. Even though there was free cancellation. But was told at reception that wasn't the case. Would like to hear from the hotel to discuss refund. Tried phoning reception multiple times today and no answer
