The location

I was horrified to know that upon checked in afterhours, I had to ring an afterhours number and an assistant from the Philippines took my details remotely and asked me to give her my email details and I was asked to provide the driving licence remotely. I replied with a photo of my ID otherwise I won’t be able to check in. Then she asked for my credit card number for payment and had to pay by eftpos in the reception remotely. I felt it was very unsafe talking to this strange woman getting all my details from the phone I did not know it was even genuine. After i paid, there was a locked cabinet next to the eftpos machine, she asked me to punch the code and I was then issued with room card dropped from the box. I never came across this, I felt it was just like a vending machine. I would never deal with this hotel again and would not recommend. Giving your personal details remotely was insanely unsafe!!!

Great location

It’s just crappy. Dirty. Dust everywhere. Sound of flushing toilets and running water carried into my room. Tired and worn fittings. It’s just a bit gross

The location was good.

Wasn’t happy to have to pay for parking ($50 or so), rooms were ready a bit after they were meant to be and were made to wait, staff struggled to find the prepaid details, suggesting payment was needed again, and finally were made to pay a $100 deposit that was actually never returned, called and questioned three times, told I’d receive a call back, and are yet to hear from them at all.

I liked a spacious accomodation and location

I arrived after hours . I am 70 years old and I have a difficulty with all this codes and phones, I would prefer to see a human been in the reception
