Food drinks service and rooms were exceptional

The only issue I noticed in my four separate stays at the hotel are some of the egg dishes at breakfast are cold. Minor but could be improved upon.

"Always a great nights sleep, lovely food and a beautiful stay!"

This was my 4th time staying at the TRS. Always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, the food is excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly. A special mention to Ramon, one of the restaurant waiters - he is always so genuinely helpful and always with a smile!

"A 5-star hotel in name only"

Staff at restaurants and dinner a la carte.

A shocking experience for a supposed 5-star hotel. After more than five requests, they were still unable to provide a simple invoice and kept redirecting me to Booking.com instead of fulfilling their legal obligation themselves. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is astounding. This hotel may have 5 stars on paper, but it completely fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. An absolute disgrace.
