Le personnel est très gentil et très àl'écoute, le rooftop avec la piscine et la vue géniale avoir l'accès à la plage c'était très agréable.

Ma chambre n'es pas là chambre qu'on ma montré à l'heure de ma réservation, j'ai demandé d'être chargé mais on m'a dit 1) que la chambre était bien celle que j'avais choisie mais qu'elle était dans le 1ère étage et pas dans le 2ème ou 3ème où 4ème donc pas de chance :( j'aurais voulu être informé car je voulais une chambre au 3ème ou au 4ème étage, la prochaine fois je ferai attention avant de payer pour être sûr de que j'aurai ce qu'on me montre dans la photo. D'ailleurs à l'accueil ont m'a dit que comment j'avais réservé avec Booking c'était pas possible de choisir l'étage de la chambre :( car Booking montré juste le modèle de la chambre.

Wow, what an experience! We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at TRS. We stayed in a Signature Suite and really appreciated all the little extras, including exclusive dining options, private pool areas, premium drinks and an added touch of luxury throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub on the balcony was a fantastic bonus. The hotel is located around a 20 minute walk from San Antonio, which actually worked perfectly for us. It allowed us to escape the busy nightlife when we wanted some peace and quiet, while still being close enough to enjoy everything the resort area has to offer without spending a fortune on taxis. The whole property feels secluded, special and very well maintained. Overall, we had an amazing time and I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel and genuinely feel it is worth every penny. Enjoy your stay!

The only downside was that we arrived at 10am and were unable to access our room until 3pm. I completely understand that this is the official check in time, so it is not really a criticism of the hotel. My recommendation would be to try and book flights that arrive closer to check in time if possible, unless you are happy to relax and wait. After a long flight, all you really want to do is get into your room, freshen up and start enjoying your holiday.

Hotel front de mer avec un emplacement idéal pour accéder aux calas de proximité. Chambre moderne avec une vue sur la mer qui vaut le coup

La formule all-inclusive est overated et pas vraiment intéressante avec beaucoup de choses qui ne sont pas incluses et réservées seulement aux clients signature (boissons, spa, piscine…) Personnel parfois très prétentieux
