Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

No wash clothes in the room and was giving only one set for 2 people and the cable went out in the room in the middle of the night no one never came to fix it and they didn't change the room so i didn't have no tv the whole time so i left in the morning the Manager said she was taking off the parking and she never did as well i will like a refund please and thank you

I found out after I got settled in, And almost ran over by a woman in a walker, Who did not even say excuse me and kept going that a part of the hotel was being used as a shelter. I had to pay for my own cab service at the airport when I was told that the shuttle runs 24 hours every hour on the half hour. Not very transparent and I felt unsafe

Fairly clean, air worked well, smells stale, no services, breakfast in a bag, overpriced room, expensive extra parking fee which was undisclosed until you get there. Parking spaces were tiny for SUV

i didnt like how i asked about parking my vehicle and was charged an extra 25 dollars for one night.

They canceled my reservation without telling me. When I went there they were telling me my reservation canceled and they are booked out.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff who helped make a bad situation better.
