Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

Had an early morning flight and just needed a room near the airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle. Rooms are small. They generally have breakfast but because of Covid, they give you a bagged snack

They do have onsite parking, but they charge you 26 dollars additionally to park on site.

Very clean. but you need better dinner

Front desk not friendly and not helpful at all. No breakfast, was says had breakfast. Not welcoming for direction to the room actually is only use the stairs more faster. Noisy in front the room parking for shuttle buses can hear into bed room. The only friendly is the shuttle bus driver is humble and helpful.

Nice hotel! Very small rooms!

Excellent place to vacation for family.. kids loved it. We will definitely be back God willing.

Location not the best. Think there were bedbugs. Woke up with bumps in back and leg. Man at reception desk was very helpful in getting us back to hotel after we took Uber to a restaurant and couldn’t find a way back

Customer service was horrible, rudest front desk staff I’ve ever met. Beds were terrible and it’s in a really loud neighborhood.

Staff was very rude $100 deposit required other guests were loud noisy objectional scetchy some were drinking possibly on drugs Building nice room nice way to expensive for having to put up with shady clients guests Housing authority is Apparently paying to put them in Hotel I overheard one guest talking about it and another talking about something on her blanket that wasn't there the night before like a imaginary slime Personally I won't stay there again and have to pay double by paying for a room and a required deposit $$$ Deposit is a "Hidden" fee if I had known I would have stayed elsewhere

It is not a clean hotel, showers and toilets are not cleaned well and beds are not the best. Although is conveniently close to JFK I would look for a better option for that price.
