Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

Pictures are much better than the actual building. Location is so isolated, right next to a freeway, super dark around, doesn’t feel safe to walk around and there are no accesible restaurants or places to walk around. The shuttle times were so inaccurate, I had to pay Lyft to get to the airport, even when the staff was available to take us since we were only 10min away from the airport they didn’t want to. The rooms had a strong odor. My hotel in the midtown Manhattan was way cheaper, nicer and staff was super accommodating.

It was great overall the room service was great. Didn’t like the fact the Jacuzzi didn’t work for us during our stay. My gf said she never had problems in her experience with jacuzzi rooms.

Bed was comfortable but Property seemed old. No where to eat.

Close to the airport, facility veey outdated. Overall its good only for a night or two if on business or traveling.

Place was clean staff was great . Only down side parking is 26 dollars daily

The hotel smells of marijuana. Although we signed a contract stating there is a cleaning fee for smoking in the room, the entire hotel smells of smoke and marijuana. Items were taken from my room on different days. One day a new unwrapped shirt was taken. The next day a new hand bag was taken. We told front desk. They gave us a 2 day parking pass and said sorry. Advised to put “Do Not Disturb” sign on door.
