Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

My reservation was for park and stay. When I arrived, I was told that I needed to pay 2 additional nights, park and stay was only for 7 nights and I was staying 9. No one ever told me this. My confirmation email clearly stated the price of 266 and the Mala insisted I needed to pay 2 extra parking nights. No manager is around until Wednesday! And It’s Saturday!!! I never would have paid $300 for park and stay as I shopped around for the best deal. Best Western was misleading. While all of this was happening in the lobby people were walking in and out without masks. One person in particular was standing next to me as I was trying to check in and he had no mask. I felt very unsafe here. Next, I put my luggage in the luggage rack and the rack was all wet! I had to take out all my clothes and blow dry the suitcase and clothes. I’m so disgusted and I am hoping the wet luggage rack was water and nothing else! I will never return and I will never stay at a best western ever again. I am waiting to hear back from management and I expect a refund. This is not a great way to start a vacation.

Good Hotel

Towels old and thin. Nothing was working, not the coffee machine nor the lamp. Looked nothing like the photos. The room, small and cramped, felt unsafe.

My stay at Best Westernn was amazing services for such a low price. I would definitely will come again in the near future.

We had to pay for parking. It was clean and it was perfect. The parking fee was bit bit much

Have to pay $27.00 for parking. Not expected self parking means you have to pay 💰

Be careful of hidden fees, this hotel charges you $26.94/night for parking! I would understand a parking fee if the hotel is in the middle of Times Square, but not in the middle of nowhere around JFK. They do not charge for the shuttle but they charge you for parking. Also, lack of towels and bathroom supplies. No breakfast due to covid (understandable) but no discount/compensation for that either. Staff at the front was also rude.

I liked proximity to the airport. However, the hallway smelled like marijuana. The service was poor, I requested to have someone help me bring my luggage down but they didn’t have nobody. There weren’t enough luggage carts so I had to wait for a while for other customers to return them. Overall, I will never stay here again.

Ample space to park but you get charged? That’s some bulls**t. Or you can park off the property but why would you risk that. Our room smelled like urine and when we brought up to the front desk, the guy that cleans rooms had an attitude. The front desk girl and guy were kind enough to offer another room and it was clean and smelled great! Close to the airport so that’s a plus for anyone here for work or visiting.
