The hotel is spacious & good amenities however internally it’s a little down. The casino is of poor standards even for a non player. Floors were uneven, carpet was torn & taped down. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Pool area was great as was the beach metres away. The rooms & bathrooms were spacious & comfortable.

The staff is excellent, and very helpful, going out of their way to assist. Unfortunately the hotel is dated, like 1950...with air conditioning so...so, and poor TV with no signal reception. Nevertheless, if you stay in Loutraki, is a safe bet...

Overall the property is nice especially the pool area overlooking the beach, but the only reason I don’t rate it higher is that being a 5 star property, you would expect the staff showing a lot more respect to the clients. I understand it is Greece and being Greek I know, being from Australia I am use to a different 5 star service.

VERY NICE HOTEL

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and has always been of excellent service, clean room but on this trip no internet due to local issues.

The facilities for this property are superbly maintained and the meal options allow for various seating locations between indoor and outdoor dining for all meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be eaten by the pool, in the dining room, in the coffee bar or in your room!

I was apprehensive to stay here based on some recent reviews. This is a full blown resort. Has beautiful grounds, pool area is amazing, it’s like a resort you would see in Mexico. With Restaurants and many shops and places to get food and coffee etc at reasonable grounds. You can easily stay a week here and relax and enjoy. You can walk into the waterfront in town from the street in front of hotel. Has underground parking and a good size casino as well. The rooms were great, large , nice bathroom with a tub. You can’t compare the hotel to the W in Vegas. However in Greece , this is as good as it gets for resort style stay. Especially at this price point. Zero complaints and will definitely come back one day to relax for 3-4 days.

Not a 5 star, a bit run down, staff were incredible rude. Breakfast was good.
