"Excellent"

Great place to stay, very walkable area, with free Parking in the garage. This location is great, with great beahces and pool area. The room was nice, the bed could be more comfortable, but still a great stay.

"Good choise for gamblers less for others"

it is a 5 stars hotel. i think it is a bit overated. the breakfast is nice have also salmon and fish choises but don't have omlet eggs that they made for your choise. the pool was warm while the weather outside also warm so better choose to bath in the cooler sea. the a la carte dinner was avarage. the location is a bit far from the lutraki center however it is a good choise to stay for gamblers.

The resort location was absolutely beautiful! We would have stayed forever if we could have! The beds were quite firm and hard, which made sleeping difficult, but was the only negative. With a nice mattress topper, this place will be perfect! Service was wonderful as well and it was very clean!

Short business trip but location was ideal for my needs. Hotel is in good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Extra cleaning processes were in place for COVID so felt happy with the extra steps in place.

The interior design was very unique, clean and easy to move around. All the hotel staff and cleaners EXCEPT the front desk and reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! On the other hand as mentioned above, the front desk and receptionist staff were extremely rude and ensured that our stay anything but welcoming!!! The rudest of all was Vasiliki!!! What a shame that she has brought down the high standard and amazing service of the rest of the hotel!!! everything else was perfect!!!
