Club Hotel Casino Loutraki

My stay in Club hotel Lutraki was good. The food and the services was very good .

Property a bit run down. Bed not comfortable. Location not great.

Location was really nice cleanliness of the rooms amenities are really nice pools and restaurants

Place is run down and in horrible condition, filthy carpet in both rooms, ripped curtains, peeling wallpaper. Would never stay here again.

The staff in the pool was very rude and all the time speak each other forgetting that they were there for job and not for plesure...

Excellent location.lean rooms. Very near lutraki, you can walk along the seaside.

The facilities were very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. Rooms were made up quickly. Buffet meal at the Casino was also very good with great variety once again. Staff around the pool were very friendly and helpful as was the staff at The Spa. Only thing I did not like was the shower inside the bath tub which my husband found very stressful getting in and out due to knee issues. Alternative offered was for either a handicapped bathroom with a handheld shower rose alongside the toilet which wasn’t very nice or an extra 50 euro a day upgrade to a seaside view room. I believe some renovations to address this maybe happening soon.

The food from the bar wasnt great, always the same

The hotel location is within walking distance from the Centro. The hotel rooms are terribly out dated and tiny. There was a TV sitting on a cabinet right in the middle of our room making us trip over it constantly. The decor is dark and the carpet had that old smell The mattress are hard and thin and extremely uncomfortably, the pillows are old thin and flat. We picked this hotel for a bit of luxury , however it was totally not and very overpriced. On the up side the pool area was lovely and well maintained. Overall I would not stay again and definitely not recommend it to other travellers
