"I would love to go to Loutraki but not to this hot"

The situation of the hotel is very good the local is excellent but services is very bad Room cleaning is very bad everything that is obviously yours from a five stars hotel you have to ask to get it

The hotel is beautiful. The pool area is beautiful. The beach area is extremely rocky. You must wear water shoes. The rooms without balconies need an upgrade. The balcony rooms are more modern, spacious but only big enough for 1 or two people. Sofa beds are very small, uncomfortable with thin mattresses. Beds are small not built for adults. No double beds or king size beds only narrow twin beds or 1 full size bed. Food needs some adjustments. Greek food only. NO VEGETABLES AT ALL. However, good burgers and a hand full of French fries. Staff will bring your food and disappear. They will never return to your table to check on you or offer you anything else. Major lack of concern for Americans and Especially PROPLE OF COLOR. Extremely uncomfortable. Myself and my family experienced looks, stares, whispers and people blatantly exiting swimming pools and jacuzzi when we entered. I expressed my feelings about how they treat people. Nobody or staff cared. What more can I say.
