The A/C worked well and the contactless check in worked well. The room itself was quiete, minimal noise.

Where to start… There was no staff at all, which wasn’t advertised upfront. The check-in was nonproblematic, however that was about all that was fine. The room was just plan sad, dirty bedding, dirty walls, mold in the bathroom, previous guests hair everywhere. The shower was showering into all directions but the one it is supposed to. There were no toiletries provided, despite being a part of the contract. Actually one more well operation thing was the A/C which we appreciated in the hot weather. Same cannot be said about the wifi which just did not work at all. At last the breakfast, which is delivered in front of your door (there is no other option) was „ok” but not enough for 2 people, served on 1 plate and the other person should eat straight off the table I guess (that would be a problem because of the ubiquitous dirtiness). And well, if you don’t mind poorly functioning facilities and a bit of dirt it serves the purpose but you can find a lot of better options fir this price.

Good breakfast, big parking lot, flexible check-in and check-out

The apartment was very dirty. Crumbs, hairs everywhere, moldy shower, dirty walls. The kitchen equipment is poor, to say the least.. The street noise is very audible even with the windows closed, as are the neighbors due to the paper-thin walls. You have to pay in advance, but you have to beg for the bill to be sent after checking out… There are steep stairs leading up from the parking lot to the entrance, which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. I have 60-70 guest nights a year in other hotels, but I highly do not recommend this place!
