Bathroom is not maintenance proper, check inn without personal touch, look to the wall from room window ..cold in the room

Not worth of this money.

At the arrival it was 17 degrees celsius in our room. The heating was not working, not central, not clima. We asked for another heating, but our host did not respond on our request. Clima controler stoped working, because batteries were so low. Temperature was arround zero outside and 17 inside. Breakfast was served outside appartment on the floor! We are not a dogs and not used to be served on the floor! At the room, there is no knife, no fork, no spoon. The pan was not cleaned for decades. Sugar in small bags was dirty. We found wet, used towels in bathroom! Fresh towels were all torn on sides like 20 years old.. There is no controler for TV. The owner is not responding on complains. I have all pictures regarding my complain. It is really a shame for Booking to provide this kind of appartment/room with so high score on their side! Staying in MM house is very far from expected and writen on web.

Location Address Steep parking A lot of steps and no handrails and no lift Disastrous breakfast, putrid milk that I got confused whether it is milk or yogurt first !! So little everything The capsules for the coffee machine were also fake !! The bathtub is a hell no curtain , and the water splashes everywhere You do not see any staff , they hide behind the computer screens and really a lot more

It was clean and the breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable

The location. You need to use tram and bus to reach The room was noisy due to the road. Shower was not easy. The space is tight, you can not put shower head on top and the curtain is sticky There are ketttle and coffee machine but no capsules and tea bags
