USThe bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The cooling/heating system was efficient. The vents were all clean and that is something i check at every stay anywhere. I like the fact that the hotel itself was not overly noisy which was suprising considering the location is a highly trafficked area outside the convention center.
I knew what to expect but still did not like the fact that there are no windows to the outside. The hotel is sandwiched between a building on either side so there is not option for windows...but they tried to compensate by having windows in the rooms that faced the inside hallway of the hotel so you keep the curtains closed at all times. That made me feel like i was in a submarine the entire time. Also the hotel is next to this alley where the entire homeless population of the city hangs out and throws their trash everywhere. Wont be staying here again.

USNothing.
Location is not good- the only available parking is 2 blocks away. Incredibly inconvenient. Elevator was broken. The room had ZERO windows to the outside, but had a window to the hallway?! Crazy! Also every time you opened the bathroom door the door would hit/move the curtains therefore showing everything to the whole hallway. Wasn’t even that clean. Was promised a 10% refund due to elevator being broken. Haven’t seen that come through yet

USThe room size was good, beds were comfortable, room was very clean.
The way the bathroom door swung moved the curtains so there wasn't much privacy there. The bathroom door lock tongue was stuck in, the toilet handle to flush was not working properly, thermostat wasn't functioning properly, the outlets were worn out and my chargers kept falling out. On the second night I noticed homeless persons standing outside very close to the keypad to swipe to re-enter the hotel. I have pictures and videos to prove the above.
