"Don't waste your money. Bad neighborhood, no staff, rooms tiny."

Room was 78 degrees, called the front desk and they said maintenance wasn't there on weekends. Took us to another room and it was 85. Room upstairs had a party all night and we called many times to front desk. Elevator was next to us and so loud. Homeless shelter next door to hotel and parking was 2 blocks away.

Very poor experience. Parking costs are outrageous, hotel smelled like marijuana all day and night, coffee machine was out of order, food was minimal for breakfast, no rollout was available for our 5th guest so he had to sleep on the ground, no cleaning service or garbage removal for three days. The worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
