I was scheduled to stay at this hotel for 3 weeks. The location is good as it is pretty close to the center of Philadelphia. Unfortunately the hotel has major issues with the heating system, the rooms were very cold and the heating kept breaking down. I had to checkout early due to the heating breaking down again and again and the maintenance guy not turning up to attend to repair it. I asked for the money back for the 4 days the heating was broken but the manager Min Thu never responded to my emails or phone calls which I find very unprofessional.

"The most expensive worse hotel I have stayed at."

I didn't have breakfast. The location was great and I liked that they stored our luggage. Staff was nice. It was clean and place to sleep.
The hotel rooms don't have a refrigerator! The rooms are so small and the bathroom has no room to put your stuff. The bed was small, full at best. The halls have a musty smelling. No exterior windows is odd. The price was ridiculous for the such a lack luster room.
