All staff that I encountered were very friendly, helpful & compassionate. Kudos 👍👏👏

I think the security deposit should be cheaper than $100 maybe $50 at the most

I didn't like that when I booked I was not told about an extra $100 deposit the manager waived the fee for me but there was also an escort/woman of the streets working out of the lobby. she asked my husband if he was her client from Texas. when the manager called me he called from his personal phone not the hotel phone which was unprofessional. the bathroom lighting was terrible and the toilet leaked

The property needs repairs and upgrades.

Breakfast, room falling apart.

To start, finding the hotel, check in, and the front desk people; lovely people. Wonderful people. Check in was relatively easy EXCEPT You get charged an extra $100 hold fee on top of the price for the hotel- and this is NOT warned of ahead of time. Secondly: "free breakfast and a pool" was advertised. The free breakfast is- you fill out a note, bring it to the desk, and in the morning you get a paper bag of a granola bar and a muffin. Thats it. No creamer for the coffee. The coffee pot in the room was also dirty. There was also no pool. The bathroom fan was SO LOUD it would wake anyone who is sleeping in the room. And lastly... no hot water in the shower. It took over 45 minutes of the water running for it to get to a tolerable temperature. Then suddenly, turns absolutely scalding. I took a cold shower, and my wife got burned. The wifi also didnt work. Over all: not worth the price. You get a bed, i guess.

Stay was decent. We had a room that was smoked in when the website says it was a 100% smoke free facility. Breakfast dining consisted of bagged breakfast (paper we had to fill out the night before). Expected a pool to swim in but it was drained out

It was sub par, it was a place to rest for the night but I dislike description on sites to book the hotel and when you get there it's not true. No usable pool and the building looked like it was falling apart. Supposedly offers breakfast and in actuality it offers you crap.... Or what I love to call a breakfast of champions.... Two tangerines, a granola bar and a muffin that is basically kid size.... The drink options where soul burning coffee and or orange/apple juice. A total disappointment and will not book there again unless I'm desperate.
