My room was bad. Holes in the comforter, the door lock didn't work, bathroom was a disaster AND someone entered my room while I was gone to steal trinkets from a concert I'd been to and stole packs of cigarettes from my room. Everything in my room had been moved or ransacked. Front desk was not helpful.

Front desk staff were nice. It was convenient drive to where I was going for the weekend.

Front desk lady Jessica very rude and inconsiderate . I drove 3 hours from my hometown to stay here and she wouldnt let me because of age . Was rude about it didnt offer help nothing . Poor customer service

Quiet, comfortable.

No hangers to hang clothes, do not care for bagged breakfasts. Cahir and table would be appreciated.

This property was good for my weekend getaway (on a budget) to go to the Space & Rocket Center but the facility needs work. My room: missing electrical outlet cover, stained carpet, rag tied around base of a sprinkler, cracked bathroom mirror, hole at the base of a wall by tub. If these multiple maintenance issues could be addressed it would be a really good budget friendly place. The staff (front desk in and out, maintenance & housekeeping) was exceptional though!

Rooms big but no place to hang clothes, no chair or table to watch tv from, bagged breakfast a joke!

Need an additional chair in room with a party of 2-3 people. Toilet seat was loose. Water pressure was not strong.
