Desk associate tried to scam $100 off me when I checked in, stating a $100 cash deposit...made her call her manager and she back pedaled quickly saying it was a charge on my card. Went to check out on my last day and the front desk associate was asleep at the desk and it took several tries to wake her.

Originally booked 3 nights here. Keith did an excellent job checking me in Thursday 11/7, even got me a room early. He showed me room 120. I got my key but didnt go to my room until much later that evening. Ate and got in the clean bed. The morning comes and as I am preparing to take a shower, I check to see if the blow dryer on the wall works, and a very large roach crawls out. Thankfully I didnt unpack! Upon immediate check out on 11/8, Jessica was very sweet and understanding, when I said I need to check out early and showed her the picture. Although she wasn't able to waive my 1 night charge she assured me that I would only be charged 1 night and that her manager Mike would contact me at the number I left. It is Sunday and I am still waiting to hear from Mike the manager.. Stay at your own risk!!!
