El hotel está en pleno remodelación. Presencia de cocarachas en el bar (sin servicio) y el área business. Los baños en el peor estado; es decir, sucios, sin papel de baño y pésimo olor. El internet falló e incluso por más de dos horas no hubo. Las puertas de acceso no funcionaban por lo que el calor se sentía muy fuerte. Si bien la atención fue muy buena, es una lástima que en el estado que se encuentran sigan dando servicio. No lo recomiendo.

Pedi ayuda de una pasta de dientes y de un cepillo de dientes me prometiron ayuda en el front desk finalmente no me ayudaron me dijeron que no estaba la persona que se encarga de este tema, la proxima vez mejor resuelvo este tema bajo mi responsabilidad.

el servicio y atencion del personal no es el adecuado, no respetan tarifas, habitacion sucia, con cabellos en el piso , baño sin extractor.. la actitud del pesonal roza en DISCRIMINACION
