La ubicación

La habitación no tiene buena iluminación, la chica de la recepción que recibe en la noche nada amable, tanto nuestra primera reserva como en la segunda parecía que estaba de malas. Y adicional, es mejor hacer el check in en la maquinita porque en esta reserva lo hizo manual y dijo que metió mio nombre y usuario y no fue verdad, no nos dieron el piso de Fiesta Rewards yo siendo socio, y no estaba lleno el hotel, y dias antes cuando yo lo hice en la maquina si nos asignó el piso especial

El dia que asistimos no tenían agua, no pudimos bañarnos. No había buena luz en la habitación, solo tiene las lámparas y no iluminan adecuadamente
