Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most rooms face the street and car horns are common in Vietnam.

The rooms are lovely we stayed in the large apartment. They were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and super spacious. What makes this place extra special is the staff, they went out of their way to help me plan a surprise birthday cake and cards for the room for my husband's 40th. Would highly recommend this place for the staff and the spacious rooms.

It's a little further away from my khe beach than I thought. But it's in a quieter area which we enjoyed and grab taxis are super cheap anyway.

Comfortable and quiet stay, pretty rooms, tucked away in a quiet street.

The booking.com ad says that there is a restaurant when there is not. The aircon was OK, didn’t cool the room down completely. The photos of the lobby look quite different, perhaps old photos. It is a little bit run down compared to the photos however still a great and comfortable stay.
