The location is not bad

The photos don't really match reality. The hotel is much older and less taken care than the photos suggest. The pool is not great

The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

My room needed a deep clean.

Everything was great, staff was helpful, room was very clean, amenities were great.

Placement of AC wasn’t great, on hot days, the bed areas took a very long time to cool down.

The owner was kind enough to arrange a cake for my daughter since it was her birthday when we checked it. The room was spacious just like in the pictures. Neat and clean. The nature lighting and big balcony was great. The location was very close to the market and the beach.

so nice!

Only one observation-- some of the stone floors, stairwells, and hallways on the upper floors look like they could use a deep cleaning and stone buffing.

房間整體寬闊舒適，員工友善親切，前一天就會詢問何時入住，整段住宿期間會提供一次洗衣服務，十分方便。但有一問題是熱水供應不穩定，特意入住有浴缸的房間，但熱水量根本不足以用來浸浴，十分可惜！

I arrived very late time around 2am, however, it was possible to check-in late time. The room was very clean and more spacious than what I thought. There is a gym and swimming pool on the top, and there are not many people were using them, so it was perfect to use alone. The staffs are very kind and always smile when I asked something like where the good locala restaurants are, helping me to get a cab or laundry service as well. When I go back to Danang, 100% I am gonna stay here again.

The swimming pool was bit smaller than what I was expecting, however, I am the beginner, also it wasn't for swimming, but for fun, so it was ok.
