Last weekend I stay at the Clovis. California location, VERY Nice. So I had high hopes for the stay at the Visalia, CA location; not. Though both buildings generally follow the same design I was thoroughly disappointed with the Visalia location. For some unknown reason I was assigned to a Handicapped room. No, the hotel was NOT near capacity. The room had a very strange smell and wear. The shower frankly SUCKED. The list of disappoint goes on but I am not wasting my time. Beware!

Couldn't even begin to explain the tacky way my family was treated and asked to leave at 2 am made us pack our bags and stood like gustapo while we did. My insurance was footing the whole bill but was not open to verify a deposit ,they expected to keep us out for the night to straight out in morning I insisted on my things I would not spend one more day after tht there. 200 words can't describe what I'm telling everybody on every channel about it.

Our bathroom only had one shower door. So all the water would get the bathroom floor soaked due to the other half missing. We had to pay parking at the hotel $15.00 a night. Parking is not free even though you booked a room .
