This was the perfect place to stay for our three nights in Siena, so close to everything. Massimo and Eva were the perfect hosts, and gave us wonderful and helpful advice and tips. We would stay here again.

If having an accommodation in the very center of things is your goal, this property is the perfect solution. But travelers need to be aware that accessing this residence in your own car is not possible. But you can park in a covered garage in town and a valet will take you right to the front door and pick you up when you are ready to leave. Well worth the 35 euro for the service! Ada was extremely helpful in instructing us about how to reach the hotel and had many suggestions for what to see. I would characterize this place as a "hidden gem."

Jättefin och tillmötesgående receptionist/ hotell manager. Gav mig en karta och ringade in och visade mig det bästa av staden. Gav tips och gav noggranna instruktioner. Rummet var exceptionellt bra, rent, rymligt och väggmålningen var gudomligt fin. Skön säng sov jättebra. Hade tillgång till kyl, AC, handdukar, täcke, extra kuddar, tv tillgång Netflix, Disney plus etc. Hela hotellet i sin helhet var underbart vackert. Väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till det mesta. Tog 20 min från tåg/ buss stationen. Dock backar men ändå en fin promenad. Bra skor behövs. Fick låna en nyckel till både hotellport och hotellrum. Man kunde komma och gå som man ville. Trappor ingen hiss. Bara så att man vet. Ingen frukost men går man rakt ut från hotellet så fanns det fina frukost alternativ.

Perfect stay! The room was beautiful and had everything you would need! Ada was amazing - she provided a map and lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat (all were incredible). Would definitely come back to visit

This is a beautiful spot in Orvieto. Serene and modern. It is important to know that L’Aquile is a bit hidden, and there is no direct car access, so luggage must be pulled down narrow cobbled streets on a hillside. The proprietor is warm, gracious, and informative.
