L'hotel bénéficie du confort que l'on retrouve dans des établissements de ce type. En revanche, les prestations fournies dérogent à ce qui est "vendu" et à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hotel 4 étoiles.

La piscine n'est accessibles qu'aux clients ayant réservé une chambre + une prestation Spa. Les lieux sont organisés avec des portiques nécessitant un badge pour ouvrir les différents espaces, cela rend la circulation désagréable dans l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner ne peut pas être pris sans s'être assuré d'une réservation la veille. Nous ne reviendrons plus et conseillons aux personnes de comparer cet hotel à des hotels sans piscine dans la mesure où elle n'est pas inclue dans le tarif de base.

le spa, mais surtout l'emplacement au centre ville.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres dont une suite. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h, et nous avons fait l'enregistrement , les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes . Jusque là normal. Mais quand nous sommes revenus à 16h, toujours pas prêtes et nous avons dû attendre encore plus de 35', sans excuses, sans proposer une boisson, rien pour un hotel qui se dit 4 étoiles! Tout l'hotel est en chantier, ascenseur pas utilisable, ....

L’hôtel est très bien, avec un personnel particulièrement accueillant, attentionné et sympathique. Les chambres sont soigneusement décorées. Le spa est un véritable atout : complet, parfaitement équipé et extrêmement agréable.

Le ménage de la chambre n'était pas bien fait, des grosses boules de poussières derrière le canapé (directement visible dès l'entrée dans la chambre), dans la salle de bain, il y avait des cheveux dans l'évier et les verres étaient pleins de grosses traces blanches.
