Very pleasant accommodation. Great location

It was in an excellent location, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The accommodation was very spacious.

The accommodation needs updating! One of the showers didn’t work at all which was an inconvenience. The window in the kitchen didn’t lock properly and the rubbish bin was propped up against it to keep it closed.

The apartment was in an amazing location, easy walking distances of lots of places, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages.

The only downside was the lift making noises all night and some of the neighbours were having late night parties which sounded like it was right outside the window. The windows are thin so it really noisy. It won't be a problem if you're out quite late yourself

Nothing! Avoid this property at all costs. The dirtiest, tattiest place I’ve ever seen. Shower didn’t work in one bathroom, drain blocked in the other and the shower door didn’t close. Horrible smell of sewage to go with it. Linen and towels were spiked and stained. We arrived late one evening and I left the next morning (3 days early). It was so disgusting my skin crawled. The location is central but next to a noisy bar and generally very gritty area. The photos are very misleading and the air con didn’t work in one room and three rooms shared one controller. Avoid at all costs!!

There was nothing good about this property. I’ve been using booking.com for years and this is the most revolting place I’ve ever seen. I left without knowing if I’d get a refund but there was no way I was going to let my family stay in that awful apartment.

I liked the location and the amount of rooms (3) and bathrooms (2). No elevator but the apartment on the 1st floor (for Europeans. For Americans: on the 2nd)

SEWER SMELL ON ONE OF THE BATHROOMS. It was nauseating! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless the owner garantees that the problem is fixed. (this is mainly the reason for my low rate) Other cons: Poor/old towels. The beds move with you when turning during the night. This is uncomfortable and noisy for the rest of the people, including the neighbors. Nothing to offer to customers on complimentary stuff like coffee/tea /sugar. When you come to town for only 2 nights one appreciates not to have to go outside in the evening/morning just for a cup of coffee, or least of all to have to buy for just 2 days!) The message it gives to customers is: you are not really that welcome!
