Location was just a few blocks from Sol Metro. Little difficult for us to find so be prepared to ask locals for directions on the route. There are two short flights of stairs to the "first floor". Juan met us with keys and gave tour of apartment. Good wi-fi signal. As mentioned in other reviews, there is slight sewer gas odor..probably just old building plumbing venting issue. There is a convenient store across street to stock up your kitchen. Its location is perfect for walking to so many attractions, tapa bars and restaurants. Three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms with small kitchen and nice living room to kick back.

Sewer gas odor was present. Hopefully, a solution can be found to vent it properly.
