AUNicoleโs apartment was simply amazing. I really appreciated the time she took to go above and beyond for our family, from the fabulous arrival food hamper, specifically tailored timo suit our family to providing toys and blow up pool rings for our daughters. The apartment itself was very homey and has all things you need for a comfortable stay. Our girls highlights were having their evening baths on the balcony. We canโt wait to come back.
AUThe pool is great, rooms not as big as Iโd hoped but comfortable, the restaurant at front offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, lots of street restaurant options, parking, spa, and great markets in front of hotel on weekend.
No lift, rooms small, breakfast buffet the most boring and repetitive I have seen. Barely any vegetables or fresh fruit, cake/pastry selection same 3 things every day eg. Coconut cake, donuts and chocolate mini croissants, coffee stations donโt offer non-diary milk, very boring and lacked the 4 star quality of the hotel

the reception staff very rude one instance it was pouring hard rain and they refused a umbrella. Not allowed because we were guests from private booking.
AUAUThe location was perfect and the outside pool with the sandy shore was impressive.
Rooms are a little tired and need a proper clean. For a 5 star resort, Iโd expect the rooms to be cleaner.
AUThe pool area and pool bar is exceptional. the serenity pool is a beautiful space and so quiet. the room was also very quiet and relaxing and just what i needed
the gym could be a bit better, maybe updated for hand weights and dumbbells instead of just machines. does the job but in this hotel i would expect better.
