Nothing, sex toys in room, drug paraphernalia every where, room was freezing stunk of damp bedding damp, bed bugs, staff very rude asked a friend to sit in my room whilst I got changed to go out owner made him sit outside in the rain said I'm not allowed anyone in my room, worst place I've ever stayed

Nothing to like

Never got the chance to stay at the hotel despite booking a room for a week's holiday few days before arrival, on the day I was arriving in Blackpool I got message from the proprietor saying that she was unable to accommodate me ( and I had paid up front) and would I be able to accept an alternative a short walk away , which as I had little choice accepted, this turned out to be an absolute joke, room was filthy carpet and bed ( that had a huge hole in the side of it ) blind wouldn't close on window, I stayed the one night and left the next morning pretty sharpish , and what annoys me too was the fact that I was put down as a no show for the Arden hotel when there was no bloody room to show up for !!!!!

decent hotel - rooms a little small but a good base to stay and in a great location for the price breakfast was yummy & a good size the lady who welcomed us was excellent.

Location

The lady J, just before check in treated me so horribly that i was schocked! I was returning from a very long and busy clinic and very tired. First they refused to open the door saying that transection has not happened. I referred that booking.com has sent an email that it has and on my request that i can recheck if payment has gone through or not but they were resisting. On my repeated requests they allowed me to get into but the attitude was very disrespectful. Even then i was about to pay after seeing the room but the way she showed aggression and pushy that i decided to leave the premises. She seemed in a hurry and seemed not very keen. I was out there in cold dark night and bit scared of the drunk people around in the street. I called my friend in Manchester who arranged my accommodation in a nearby hotel through expedia. It was wilson hotel, next street. Very accommodating, polite and caring managment. I thanked Almighty for it.
