Baymont by Wyndham Columbus/Rickenbacker

The pool was lovely! They allow dogs! The staff were friendly and accommodating! Most importantly, no bugs! The location felt safe!

The beds were flimsy. The wifi didnt work and my teenager was disappointed. There were people hanging around the facilities. It felt dated. There were no top locks.

The romantic arrangements were top notch. However, The level of effort and attention to detail was unbelievable. The staff was friendly and the management knows exactly how to run a hotel.

I wish there was a more expensive wine provided for the price. Also, The bathtub needs some detailing, possibly a replacement. Lastly, the most annoying thing of all was resetting the timer on the hot tub. If it could've potentially been limitless, it would've made for an even better night.

Breakfast was not offered at facility. Elevator was broken and my room was on 3rd floor. Lock to room door was broken. Holes in privacy curtain in room.

The rooms were dirty.

The water pressure was fantastic and the beds was somewhat comfortable.

The hallways definitely needed the sweeper run, the blinds in the room had 3 hooks broken which would not close right at all. The room was very hot when we arrived.
