"Above all the workers were very nice and that helped allot"

The food they had. The beds was comfortable

The elevator kept breaking down most of time. The pool was supposed to to be heated but wasn’t.

"Nice, convenient but not perfect."

It’s quiet and has a good room setup.

The shower head is super low and the shower curtain may as well not be there because the water gets out regardless.

Housekeeping didn’t knock and just came in. We told them we didn’t need anything and we were sleeping. They came in anyway. Later in the day they came back and tried barging in again. I had to door stopper up so they couldn’t get it in.

"Cockroaches and tobacco spit"

Once I told the manager there were cockroaches in the room he did give us a new room but it had cockroaches in it too. So as far as what I like the guy at the front desk who I assume is the manager was as accommodating as he could be

This place was extremely dirty. I would be ashamed to have an elevator that looks like this in my hotel. There are cockroaches in the building and in the rooms. I have my shoes off for about 2 hours walking around and my feet were stained from the carpets. I will never stay at this hotel again.
