I like the place but I am very disappointed because I booked two rooms and one room the person got the zona and couldn’t make it. I sent a message through the platform as soon as I was told (Thursday while the arrival was on the Saturday) and when I arrived on the Saturday the person at the desk told me they hadn’t read the message. She was confused and said they would cancel at no charge because it was their fault they didn’t look at the messages but I was never reimbursed. It feel like they didn’t want to tell me they wouldn’t reimburse it when I was there. I had also sent the medical statement of my guest. I stayed at the hotel for four nights. I don’t find this fair play and will think twice before going again.

"The perfect place to stay in Raleigh"

Loved everything about it. The mid century vibes are great while being well updated. Loved the patio area. Walkable to downtown and many restaurants too.

Check in and check out was quick and easy! Very comfortable, very clean it was amazing!

The only downside is there was no microwave
