"Retro motor lodge in great location with updated rooms"

The Longleaf mixes retro vibes (it's a former Travellodge) with updated, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location -- right downtown in Raleigh -- is unbeatable. And, for this stay, the rooom price was fantastic.

No issues; the experience was great.

Staff was friendly. Fairly clean (though someone's fake eyelashes were on the bathroom floor).

Size of the room compared to price, no amenities (not even a coffee maker or microwave in the room), no television stations available.

Very clean property with friendly staff. The bedroom was comfortable, and the free coffee was a nice bonus. You can also buy some bakery for a good price.
