"Good stay"

Stayed one night for the Gatornationals. You could tell it had a little age on the place but seemed to be updated and well kept. Had a Security guard at night watching vehicles. Id stay there again.

It was a non-smoking room, but there were already various stinking smells in the room, and we couldn't sleep because the people in the next room were noisy about whether they were drunk by 4 a.m.

Smaller motel but easy access to UF, downtown, airport, and interstate. Modest room with smallish but clean bathroom. My room was a king bed with fridge and microwave. Very reasonable and quiet.

This property was unique in that you could check in at any time you wanted. There wasn’t a rule about not being able to check in until 3-4pm like at most hotels. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was close to everything I needed. It was a pleasant experience and I’d stay there again.

"Good for the price"

This motel was very convenient to my meeting at the University of Florida. Check in very easy with friendly staff. I felt the breakfast was on the lower end of the spectrum compared to other motels offering free breakfast. I would stay there again.
