Gator Town Inn

It's OK for the price, the breakfast little to expect, the shower pressure and hi nothing too impress, is clean I think it was recently renovated.

This is an older facility but very well kept. The room was clean. We had both a fridge and microwave which was a very nice convenience. The bed was comfortable. The room price was very reasonable. The pool looked nice, although we did not use it. The only negative thing I can think of was the parking situation. There were enough spaces but vehicles were very close to each other so you have to be extra cautious and aware of other vehicles when parking and leaving. I plan to return to this motel when in the area for an extended stay.

Staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and looked to be recently updated with fresh paint and smelled clean. The AC was running at a good temperature when i arrived. I would definitely stay here again. Value for the price was excellent.

Gator Town was a very nice little hotel. They were remodeled.

I called to inform them I was going to be late. When I got there he was friendly and knew immediately who I was. The room was very nice, as I have breathing problems the cleaner was strong when I went into it initially, left door open as I unloaded and it seem to help some but they could take it a lot easier on the spray.

Friendly services. Close to UF where our children are. Close to the city.

Gator INN the front desk guy was very unprofessional and rude! We were given a room with an AC that didn’t work, we thought that the room was just hot so we gave it sometime to cool but that didn’t work. We were given another room and it had an intense smell of marijuana, also the curtain was ripped. I informed the front desk about this because I had an infant in the room and he said if we have a problem with the place we will just get a refund and find somewhere else to stay... he said the room next door was smoking which is the reason to the smell and I said no I’m sure the previous person smoked in the room and he insisted that I was wrong I asked him if there’s anything he can do and he said he can give me a refund and leave... I asked him if there was anyway he can fix the odor in the room with a spray or something and he said yes I asked him to please do that and he said sure he than changed his mind and said no he wasn’t going to spray it himself because I said we had an infant so he gave me the bottle and said bring it back. HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Very clean and very quiet. Friendly staff and they made you feel welcome. We will be staying again for sure.
